- Designed CPU–GPU layer‑offloading strategies for CNN inference on NVIDIA Jetson devices; measured throughput/latency tradeoffs and energy efficiency.
- This ongoing project has deepened my understanding of heterogenous computing systems and their optimization for real-world applications. This is also the first time I wrote a whole research paper from start to finish (for SRC 2025), which was an invaluable learning experience. This paper will be integrated into the formal submission to an international conference (name redacted for double-blind review).
- I am deeply grateful to Prof. Patrick Pannuto and Raymond Dueñas for their mentorship and support throughout this journey.

- Adapted and implemented an open-source pipeline for signal processing techniques (Fourier and correlation transforms) to reconstruct images for nondestructive testing under noisy conditions.
- More importantly, this was my first mentored research experience where I learned the fundamentals of conducting scientific research, collaborating with a team, and communicating findings effectively. For this, I am deeply grateful to Prof. Ravibabu Mulaveesala and PhD Students at IITD SeNSE.

- Improved Arduino-based control code to synchronize UV and Hall effect sensors on our lunar rover prototype, increasing sensor precision by 2.5x.
- Optimized processing pipeline efficiency by 65% through signal processing improvements and low-level code refinements. The RC car that we repurposed for the base had to be equipped with extra suspensions to allow the sensors to consistently record data.
- Presented findings and poster to the NASA California Space Grant Consortium.

- Organized and facilitated workshops on research skills, academic writing, and career development.
- Managed a supportive learning space at the STEM Center along with 7 other mentors.
- I made full use of also being the president of the OCC STEM Club during this time. I often collaborated with other club members to organize events and workshops in such a way that it benefitted both organizations. Check out my linkedin for more details (pictures!).

- This was my first job ever! I really enjoyed helping students understand complex concepts and improve their confidence in approaching mathematical problems. This period is also where I discovered my passion for teaching.
